| Description | The Board of Directors of Soon Lian Holdings Limited (the Company) is pleased to announce that at the 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 25 April 2014, all resolutions relating to the matters as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 8 April 2014 were duly passed.
Mr Tan Siak Hee was re-elected as a Director of the Company at the AGM. Mr Tan Siak Hee remains as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. He is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist (Catalist Rules) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST). Mr Yap Kian Peng was re-elected as a Director of the Company at the AGM. Mr Yap Kian Peng remains as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee. He is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(7) of the Catalist Rules. By Order of the Board
